Ok sooooo i cheated and had a bowel of Special K vanailla almond cereal yesterday, :-O
and a peice of my moms coffee cake she maade today since we are literally trapped in a sea of SNOW!
eh o well could be worse right? I allow weekends to be "cheat days" anyway ( really just for a beer
or two ;-) mainly to keep my sainity! i definitly keep my main three meals paleo ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) snacks i allow a cheese stick to sneak in there with my fruit or veggies. Today i tried a blueberry smoothie with greek yogurt and honey ( totally trying vanilla yogurt tmrw) well hopefully i wont go too stir crazy the next few days! had to get some ideas for stay-at-home-while-trapped -in-snow-WODS :-P
