Meltdown!! (the snow not my emmotions)

Well,,,,, K, two more cheat days ( It was my birthday this weekend and i was stuck  inside BACK OFF! :-)
Been doing my stay at home WODS but i never thought i would be so excited to do a WOD like 300 or Fran :-O just wanna do a heavy lift that dosent involve shoveling snow! Geebus Im getting a bit of cabin fever!
Hence more reasons WHY i allowed mexican food and BEER! :-) well more exciting read tmrw when i  get out into the matrix !

EPIC snowstorm and a cheating Paloist

Ok sooooo i cheated and had a bowel of Special K vanailla almond cereal yesterday, :-O
and  a peice of my moms coffee cake she maade today since we are literally trapped in a sea of SNOW!
eh o well could be worse right? I allow weekends to be "cheat days" anyway ( really just for a beer
or two ;-) mainly to keep my sainity! i definitly keep my main three meals paleo ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) snacks i allow a cheese stick to sneak in there with my fruit or veggies. Today i tried a blueberry smoothie with greek yogurt and honey ( totally trying vanilla yogurt tmrw) well hopefully i wont go too stir crazy the next few days! had to get some ideas for stay-at-home-while-trapped -in-snow-WODS :-P

school,paleo,and Crossfit O MY

three weeks into school ; already feel like my head is going to pop!
Paleo is actually going really well this week; however due to being a poor college student i am eating a lot more eggs, or chicken with a baked sweet potato! o well its the weekend and i am allowing some beer to accompany my chicken and veggies tmrw :-) I am really hoping that this tweek in my eating will get me past the "plataue" i feel like i have been on with crossfit, :-/ really want to beat the muscle ups and heavy lifting (in general). so to be continued........
